New Binaries

New binary versions of Citrine have been added for macOS and Windows (both 32-bit and 64-bit). Thanks to the MingW-project, I have been able to generate new binaries for both platforms. These binaries are based upon version 0.9.5 of Citrine (Sorghvliet Edition) because this new edition focuses on portability and testing (Test-o-Mat). To make porting easier and keep the code clean and simple, I have come up with a simple porting scheme. To replace functionality from the core code you can now use the -D REPLACE_X -D OTHER_X flags in your Makefile. Replacement functions are to be located in portability.c.
