Citrine 0.9.5, Sorghvliet Edition has been released!
Citrine Sorghvliet
| The Hague, The Netherlands
Today, I am happy to announce the immediate availability of a new version of the
Citrine Programming Language: Version 0.9.5 Sorghvliet Edition.
Citrine Sorghvliet Edition not only contains a lot of new features, fixes and
refinements, but also features a completely revamped testing system called
Test-o-Mat, entirely written in the Citrine language itself. Also, Citrine
Sorghvliet features improved portability features to make it easier to produce
binaries for both Windows and macOS. This is why the new version is also offered as
32-bit and 64-bit Windows binaries, as well as 64-bit macOS binaries. But that is not all,
this latest edition of Citrine contains a lot of translation improvements for
all 113 languages! Yes, you read that correctly, 113, because as of today
Citrine has also added support for the Yakut language. With all these features,
improvements and refinements I am proud to say that Sorghvliet is a major step towards
the maturity of the programming language. The Sorghvliet Edition provides a very solid
foundation on which future versions of Citrine can be build.
